"I SHALL NOT WANT"


I shall not want for health, for "With His stripes we are healed."
(Is. 53:3), and Jesus "Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sickness." (Mat.8:17).

I shall not want for prosperity, for "My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19).

I shall not want for security, for "God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (II Timothy 1:7).

I shall not want for faith, for "God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith." (Romans 12:3).

I shall not want for peace, for "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee."
(Isaiah 26:3).

I shall not want for victory, because "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us." (Romans 8:37).

I shall not want for victory over sin because, "The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death." (Rom.8:2).

I shall not want for victory over confusion because, "God is not the author of confusion, but of peace." (! Corinthians 14:33).

I shall not want for companionship because Jesus said, "Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." (Matthew 28:20).

I shall not want for contentment, "For I have learned in whatsoever
state (or circumstance) I am therewith to be content."
(Philippians 4:11).

I shall not want for victory over the cares of this life, for I am casting all my care upon Him who cares for me. (I Peter 5:7).

I shall not want for victory in prayer, for if we ask anything in Jesus' name we shall have it. (John 14:14).

I shall not want for strength, for "The Lord is the strength of my life." (Psalms 27:1).

I shall not want for power, for "Ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you." (Acts 1:8)

I shall not want as to be an overcomer because Jesus said, "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." (John 16:33).

I shall not want for victory over persecution, for "If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31).

I shall not want for righteousness because, "He hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (1 Corinthians 5:21).

I shall not want for victory over condemnation, for "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus."
(Romans 8:1).

I shall not want for liberty, for "Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." (II Corinthians 3:17).

I shall not want for wisdom, for Christ Jesus is made unto me wisdom from God. (1 Corinthians 1:30).

I shall not want for ability, for "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13).

I shall not want for joy, for the joy of the Lord is my strength. (Nehemiah 8:10), and with joy shall I draw water out of the wells of salvation. (Isaiah 12:3).

I shall not want for blessings because we are blessed "With all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." (Ephesians 1:3).

I shall not want for redemption because I have been redeemed through his blood. (Ephesians 1:7).

I shall not want for an inheritance because through him we obtained an inheritance. (Ephesians 1:11).

I shall not want for understanding because the eyes of my understanding have been enlightened. (Ephesians 2:6).

I shall not want for position because he has "Made us to sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." (Ephesians 2:6).

MY NEVER AGAIN LIST


Never again will I confess "I can't" for "I can do all things through Christ which strenghteneth me." (Phil. 4:13)

Never again will I confess lack, for "My God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Phi. 4:19)

Never again will I confess fear, for "God hath not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." (II Tim. 1:7)

Never again will I confess doubt and lack of faith, for "God hath given to every man the measure of faith." (Rom. 12:3)

Never again will I confess weakness, for "The Lord is the strength of my life." (Ps. 27:1), and "The people that know their God shall be strong and do exploits." (Dan. 11:32)

Never again will I confess supremacy of Satan over my life, for "Greater is He that is within me than he that is in the world."
(I John 4:4)

Never again will I confess defeat, for "God always causeth me to triumph in Christ Jesus." (II Cor. 2:14)

Never again will I confess lack of wisdom, for "Christ Jesus is made unto me wisdom from God." (I Cor. 1:30)

Never again will I confess sickness, for "With His stripes I am healed." (Isa. 53:5), and Jesus "Himself took my infirmities and bare my sickness." (Matt. 8:17)

Never again will I confess worries and frustrations, for I am "Casting all my cares upon Him who careth for me." (I Peter 5:7)
In Christ I am "care-free".

Never again will I confess bondage, for "Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." (II Cor. 3:17) My body is the temple of the Holy
Spirit.

Never again will I confess condemnation, for "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus." (Rom. 8:1) I am in Christ; therefore, I am free from condemnation.

Never again will I confess loneliness, Jesus said, "Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." (Matt. 28:20) and "I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee" (Heb.13:5)

Never again will I confess curses or bad luck, for "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us; that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." (Gal. 3: 13-14)

Never again will I confess discontentment because "I have learned, in whatsoever state (circumstances) I am, therewith to be content." (Phil. 4:11)

Never again will I confess unworthiness because "He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (II Cor. 5:21)

Never again will I confess confusion because "God is not the author of confusion, but of peace." (I Cor. 14:33, and "We have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God: that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God." (I Cor. 2:112)

Never again will I confess persecution, for "If God be for us, who can be against us?" (Rom. 8:31)

Never again will I confess the dominion of sin over my life because, "The Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of Sin and death." (Rom. 8:2), and "As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us."
(Ps. 103:12)

Never again will I confess insecurity because "When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid; Yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet...for the Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken." (Prov. 3:24-26)

Never again will I confess failure because, "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us." (Rom. 8:37)

Never again will I confess frustration, for "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." (Isa. 26:3)

Never again will I confess fear of the future, "But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him, but God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit." (I Cor. 2:9-10)

Never again will I confess troubles because Jesus said, "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)

2. Independence of Fear
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me." (Psalm 23:4)

3. Independence of Doubt

GOD'S WORD PROMISES ME


1. I have the gift of God's son living in me NOW! Col. 1:27.
2. My mind is one with His mind. 1 Cor. 2:7,16.
3. My heart is united with His heart. John 17:21,23.
4. I am a partaker of the divine nature. II Pet. 1:4.
5. My will is merged with His will. Luke 22:42.

6. My thoughts have been brought into captivity to Him. II Cor. 10:5
7. I live His life. Gal. 2:20.
8. I have Hope and Joy because I know the Lord will do great things
    for me. I Cor. 2:9; Eph. 3:16-20.
9. My name is written in the book of life. Dan. 12:1; Rev. 21:27.
10. I received Christ as my own personal Saviour. John 1:12.

11. His Righteousness, His own unblemished character, has been
      imputed and imparted to me through faith in His word.
     1 Cor. 1:30; 1 Thess. 5:23; John 17:17; Rom. 4:6.
12. I have surrendered completely to God. Rom. 6:6,13,16,19.
13. The Father, through His son, has made me like Him.
      II Cor. 5:17; Matt. 5:48.
14. I live in newness of life. Rom 6:4; Eph. 4:24.
15. My old sinful nature is dead. Rom 6:2,11,18.

16. I am Justified and Sanctified. Gal. 2:16; Titus 3:7.
17. Because of God's grace I have unmerited pardon for past sins and
      power from God to "Go and sin no more". John 8:11; Eph, 2:8.
18. I always obey because I am living Christ's life which is perfect
      obedience to the law of Jehovah. Gal. 2:20; Ps. 119:112.
19. I have active, living "Faith that works by love and purifies
      the soul". 1 Pet. 1:22.
20. My unknown sins are covered. As they are revealed I give each
      one to God. Micah 7:19; 1 John 5:16.

21. The desire to sin is gone. Rom. 6:17,18,22.
22. God has given me a new heart. All my motives are pure.
      Eze. 36:26; 1 John 31:24.
23. I am "Awake to Righteousness", I will not commit sin.
      1 Cor. 15:34; 1 John 3:9.
24. I purpose not to sin and I am kept by His word. Rom 6:14.
25. I have done the will of God; I can receive all His promises.
      Rev. 22:14.

26. I believe that my heart is converted and that my soul is saved
      from sin and death. Rom. 10:9,10; Rom. 8:1,2.
27. I will never again "share" a burden with man; I will give all my
     burdens to God. Matt. 11:28; Isa. 53:6.
28. I believe that the prayer of faith shall save the sick. James 5:15.
29. God forgives ME, the sinner, but not the sin. If He could forgive
      the sin Jesus would never have had to die. Gal. 2:21.
30. Instead of asking God to forgive my sins I thank Him for taking
      them away, and for freeing me from the bondage of sin.
     John 8:32.

31. My lust after evil is gone; I am free from sin. Rom. 6:7.
32. My testimony is "look at what the Lord has done for me!"
      Rom. 6:18,22; 1 Pet. 4:10; Ps. 23.
33. With Christ in ME, I have all His virtues and all the gifts.
      John 14:12.
34. He keeps me safe; my hopelessness has turned to joy. I cannot
      be moved (to sin). I will not slide, fall, or stumble.

35. He supplies my needs. Phi. 4:19; Matt. 6:33; Ps. 62:6.

36. He gives me REST and PEACE OF MIND.

37. I am clothed (not covered) with the "robe of Christ's
      Righteousness"; I am wearing the wedding garment.
      I have a Christ-like character so I am ready for the
      investigative judgment. Matt. 22:11,12; Zech. 3:2-5.
38. I have the mind of Christ (but not the brain). 1 Cor. 2:16.
39. If I boast, I boast in the Lord. 1 Cor. 1:31.
40. I know that whatever I sow that I will reap. Gal. 6:7.

41. I am God's workmanship (creation).
      Eph. 2:10; Phil. 1:6; Heb. 12:2.
42. I am sealed by the Holy Spirit. Eph. 4:30; Eph. 1:13.
43. I believe that I will be translated without seeing death.
      1 Thess. 4:17,18; Luke 21:28; Psalms 16:8-11
