ISRAEL THE HEAVENLY KINGDOM: The Great Commission
(Study 4-F)

In our last study, the Scriptures revealed our Lord's current occupation: as our High Priest in the Heavenly Sanctuary. As He embarked upon His work of Final Atonement for the human race, however, He left behind a group of believers, who had witnessed his mission on earth.

The prophet Daniel made a prediction that the Messiah would confirm the covenant with His people for one week, but would be cut off in the middle of that time period (Dan 9:26,27). Yahshua's ministry to the house of Israel had lasted three and a half years, but there was still a small period of time during which the Gospel of salvation would be preached to the Israelites.

With great power and glory, the blessed hope given to us by the Messiah's sacrifice was to be taught in Judea, and that time period is the focus of this study.
